This is the highest Cocoa content chocolate in all ranges, designed for people who love chocolate in it’s purest form which still has a surprisingly not too bitter after taste as you would expect.
Fantastic for wine-pairing; this chocolate needs a full body, strong wine, for example:
- Cabernet Sauvignon, Barolo, Syrah, Nero D’avola, Montepulciano, Malbec
Remember; always taste the chocolate before tasting your nice glass of wine. The wine would overpower the fine taste of the chocolate if you would have the wine first.
